What should you expect from the consultation process.

1. Process starts with a short introductory phone call, topics would be specific needs, areas of interest, timing. schedule in a person meeting.

2. In person meeting to review the request, ensure we can generate a initial problem and work statement. Add any additional data or request information that can be given on the project.

3. Within 24 hours a preliminary feasibility feedback will be given, this will specify if more information is needed or confirmation we will start the formal quote process.

4. Formal quote will be given including total cost, initial timing, worst case timing, out of bounds or reset conditions, non disclosures, key deliverables to the customer.

5. Fees charged will be on a per job basis with a percentile required at the project start and further payments to be negotiated in the final contract.

6. Project will kick off and proceed through a typical stage gate process.

7. Regular stage gate reviews will be held with the key stakeholders, progress will be reported on a weekly basis.

8. Project completes, final deliverable are received by the customer.

9. Wrap up and lessons learned documents are delivered to the customer.

10. Consultation ends, New or follow on project process begins as needed.
